Welcome to CuteGig.com! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CuteGig website, platform, and services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Refund Policy.
Gig: A service offered by a Seller on CuteGig.
Seller: A user offering services (Gigs) on the platform.
Buyer: A user purchasing services (Gigs) on the platform.
Order: A formal agreement between a Buyer and Seller after a purchase is made.
Gig Page: The specific page where the Seller describes their service and pricing.
To use CuteGig, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By registering, you warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your password secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not open more than one account.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms, including:
Posting or transmitting any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or offensive content.
Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited commercial messages.
Attempting to interfere with the integrity or security of the platform.
Sharing or soliciting contact details for off-platform communication or payment.
Buyers are responsible for reading the Gig description carefully before making a purchase. When an Order is placed, you agree to pay the listed price and any associated service fees.
CuteGig acts as the payment processor. Payments are held in escrow until the Order is complete. Buyers pay a service fee for each transaction, which is added to the Gig price.
The Seller must deliver the files or proof of work via the Order page.
The Buyer must review the delivery and respond within 3 days. If the Buyer does not respond within this period, the Order will be automatically marked as complete, and funds will be released to the Seller.
Once an Order is marked as complete, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the work.
Refunds are handled according to the CuteGig Refund Policy. Funds from cancelled Orders are credited to the Buyer’s CuteGig Balance or refunded to the original payment source upon request.
Sellers can create Gigs to offer their services. Gigs must be clear, accurately represent the service offered, and comply with all CuteGig policies.
Sellers keep 75% (or a percentage determined by CuteGig) of the Order price. CuteGig takes a 25% commission (or the determined percentage).
Funds become available for withdrawal after a security clearance period (typically 14 days) following the Order completion.
Sellers are responsible for all required taxes and fees associated with withdrawing funds.
Sellers must deliver the completed work on time and as described in their Gig. Failure to meet the agreed-upon standards or repeatedly cancelling Orders may lead to a lower rating, warnings, or account suspension.
Unless otherwise specified in the Gig description, when the Order is completed and payment is confirmed, the Buyer is granted all intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, to the work delivered by the Seller. The Seller waives any and all moral rights.
CuteGig is a marketplace and is not directly involved in the execution of the services. We do not warrant that the Gigs purchased are of a specific quality.
CuteGig shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform or any services purchased through it.
CuteGig reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
